SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

The Ophelia Assisted Living SMS Notifications program ("Program") is operated by ASHEL AI LLC ("Ashel AI", "we", "us"). The Program sends transactional text messages to authorized assisted living nurses, caregivers and facility staff who have enrolled, regarding: resident requests, report availability, required follow-up actions and operational alerts generated by the Ophelia AI assistant. No marketing or promotional messages are sent through this Program.

2. Enrollment & Consent

You can enroll by completing the opt-in form at ashel.ai/optin and actively checking the "I Agree" consent box, or by completing our printable consent form. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, and that you agree to receive transactional SMS notifications from ASHEL AI LLC / Ophelia at that number. Consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on care activity, resident requests and operational events at your facility. You may receive multiple messages per day during active periods.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. ASHEL AI LLC does not charge for the messages themselves; any carrier charges are your responsibility.

5. Opt-Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation of your unsubscription and you will no longer receive SMS messages from the Program. To rejoin, simply enroll again at ashel.ai/optin.

6. Support

If you experience issues with the messaging Program, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at contact@ashel.ai.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network availability.

8. Privacy

Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected as part of the Program (name, facility, job title, email, mobile number, consent records) is used solely to operate the Program and maintain records of consent as required by law. 9. Eligibility

The Program is intended for authorized assisted living staff located in the United States, aged 18 or older, using a mobile number capable of receiving SMS messages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available at ashel.ai/sms-terms. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
